Ada B. Massecar Public School
Ada B. Massecar PS – Waterford – Norfolk County. Under the direction of the Grand Erie District School Board, STM Construction Ltd. as design-build contractors retained G. DOUGLAS VALLEE LIMITED in 2009 to develop a new addition for the existing public school in Waterford in order to accommodate six (6) new classrooms, library, library office, storage room, computer/server room, custodian office, staff room, principal’s office and book room.
